HOTEP!

"IN THE BEGINNING THERE WAS US"

(A Two Page Exhibit)

Following is a short presentation to keep us ever mindful of what really can't be put into words and certainly can't be appropriately honored in a month's frame.

Here is a look at sculpture and other messaging, intelligence and artistry left behind especially for us by our ancestors.

On the first (next) page comes the men, and on the second comes all women (coming soon) so that people can send one women's or men's ancient link via their respective thumbnail page.

These pieces are not intended to connect geographically or in timeline. Their only relationship is that they are the work of Africans.

To make this exhibit a more rich, educational experience, each image is accompanied with additional links to other website exhibits of architecture and other items providing a few more glimpses of the brilliant, beautiful, creative pre-Mayflower history of African peoples.

This African exhibit is skewed to the Egyptians given the same people who orchestrate a drought in imagery of Nubian archaeology, architecture, sculpture and other work are probably the same people who create environments that make it difficult to impossible to find those great images and works we know were produced by ancient African women.
